These stigner bars are all used on Vehicles.
They are assembled, welded or manufactured into a sub component of the vehicle rack.
The stinger bars are welded to the assemblies that inserts into a car hitch -the rear bumper
to hold a bike rack so a car can carry up to 6 bicycles.
Mostly for SUV’s, Mini Vans and variety of small passenger trucks.
The threaded standoff is just a bushing used as a component in the assembly
(when back door of vehicle is open the rack rotates in the busing).
Once again all three items are used in a hitch mounted bicycle racks that attaches to the rear bumper.
